Tending Practices for Brooksong

Join me for the Haliburton Highlands Challenge in support of Brooksong.  Each day, from July 1st to July 30th, I'll be uploading a new daily practice for you as we tend to ourselves through the summer months. This initiative is in honour of everyone who has had cancer touch their lives, as an act of offering support and community care.
