Day 22 - Honouring Healing and Being Held Through Song

Today is a special day as we invite song into our circle, into our hearts, and through our bodies. May you know you are very loved. The first song we sing together is called Nanuma, this is from Ghana and is a beautiful African lullaby honouring how we care for one another, The second song, the one I play is called the River by Coco Love Alcorn
