Here you'll find the recordings from our live weekly Thursday morning class.

These classes are an hour in length, they consist of very gentle mindful movements with an emphasis on the meditative quality of our practice.

A mindfulness based practice of breathwork, gentle yoga, movement explorations, and meditation.  We start each class connecting with our breath and setting intentions to serve as an anchor for each session.  You will be guided through some very gentle postures and somatic based movement reconnecting you with your body and encouraging easeful movement.  This practice helps you to foster a deeper understanding of what your unique body needs.

We begin to understand the patterns of our mind through practice, and invite a less reactive way of being in the world.  Our time together ends with an extended relaxation, sometimes accompanied by sound healing supports, to help you integrate our time together and deepen your relaxation.

This class is suitable for everyone. Focusing on fostering a slower pace, and quieter time on our mats

This holistic class integrates pranayama, meditation, toning and mantra practice, asana (postures), functional stretching, and  deep relaxation.  Each class has a particular focus to support you to feel the best you can in body, mind and spirit.  Rooted in ancient yogic teachings, modern anatomical science and heart centered movement, this class integrates various practices with lots of space to explore what your body needs. Our practice is supported by soulful music specific to our class, to help us to stay focused.  Suitable for all levels from beginners to lifetime practitioners.

As we move through the practice you are also offered variations and flexibility to explore your own unique guidance and needs.

Yoga starts within, this is important to remember.

Join me for these chair supported practices.

A few of these recordings are from a live community class from a few years ago, a therapeutic chair exercise class I taught for Carebridge.   We move through some foundational movements, as well as explore some exercises with light weights.

Some of these practices are mindfulness based chair yoga practices.   They will be labeled as chair yoga.
A folder created just for you as we tend to ourselves through the seasons.  Here you'll find recordings from our live monthly circles, and some extra resources.
