Join me for 75 - 90 minutes of guided rest to help nurture your nervous system and bring you back to your centre, with the intention of releasing imprints of stress. This is a restorative practice to support you to calm your nervous system as you prepare for sleep, or for a rest in the day.
We'll move through some slow and restorative movements, rest in supportive postures, and offer ourselves this time of renewal. During our final savasana, we'll rest in an extended relaxation and sound journey.
