Chair Yoga: A Gentle Practice with extra attention for your upper body

Join me for this 60 minute chair yoga class, intended to support your whole body. We offer a little more focus to our upper body awareness, as well as explore warrior. If you'd prefer to move into warrior from a seated posture, allow yourself to feel the foundation beneath your feet as you explore the arm movements. For our standing chair supported fold - you can also rest a pillow on your lap and gently fold forward resting elbows on the pillow. I'm so grateful you're here.
