Why would we dry brush? 

One third of our bodies’ impurities are eliminated through our skin, if our skin pores are clogged, the body removes its waste less efficiently and the burden is increased on other detoxifying organs.  The body “breathes” through the skin and the lungs.  Accumulation of waste products in our tissues interferes with the nourishment and oxygenation of our cells.

 Dry skin brushing will give your skin stimulation, or exercise, to trigger cleansing on a cellular level.
