Day 26 - A breath of integration and balance

In this 10 minute practice we'll be experimenting with a variation on alternate nostril breath. This was taught to me by one of my teachers, Jivana heyman during an accessible yoga training. I love this version as it also helps if your mind is extra busy, it gives your mind a focus point. Remember this is a practice, offering yourself gentle kindness.
