Together we'll explore gentle yoga and movement combined with breath awareness and mindfulness based meditation to ease tightness in our bodies, soften restrictions and to support a state of calm in our nervous systems.  

This class is suitable for everyone needing some time to move their bodies, soothe their nervous systems and reconnect with their breath through a gentle guided practice.  

Practice can be from a chair, a mat, or in your bed. 

Offered through the zoom platform, login details will be sent out to all registrants the day of the scheduled class.  You are welcome to join with your camera on or off.

If you don't have an active pass or if you're unsure, you can login to your account to check your status and purchase passes.    Links will also be emailed to folks after registration.  

All registrants will be emailed a recording of the class, with unlimited access,  within 48 hours
