Join me from the comfort of your own space for 90 minutes of guided rest to tend to your nervous system, ease tension and support you to return back to your centre.  These offerings hold the intention of reminding you that you are not alone, and that's important to carve out time for releasing the imprints of stress.   This is a restorative practice offered virtually to support you to calm your nervous system, relax your body and build your resources as you prepare for sleep.

Welcoming in a centering meditation, moving through some slow and restorative movements, resting in supportive postures, and offering ourselves this time of renewal.   During our final savasana, we'll rest in an extended relaxation, sometimes accompanied by a sound journey.

If none of these apply to you, you are also welcome to register using an online class pass or as a drop in class (pay what you can).  If you don't already have a pass connected to your account, a link will be emailed to you after registration.  

The zoom details will be mailed to all registrants on the day of the class in a separate email - Please note the login details are different every month.  A recording will also be sent out within 48 hours of the live class to all registrants  with a valid membership or pass
