Welcome, I'm so glad you're here.  

Join me from the comfort of your own home for 90 minutes of guided rest to tend to your nervous system and bring you back to your centre, with the intention of releasing imprints of stress.   This is a restorative practice offered virtually to support you to calm your nervous system, relax your body and build your resources as you prepare for sleep.

Welcoming in a centering meditation, moving through some slow and restorative movements, resting in supportive postures, and offering ourselves this time of renewal.   During our final savasana, we'll rest in an extended relaxation supported by a sound journey. 

This class is suitable for anyone needing some time to rest and restore.  Options of movement will be given to ensure everyone feels supported.

This class is offered to you by donation.  After you  register for this class, you'll receive an email with more details, and a link to pay what you are able.  

If a donation would create financial hardship  please send me an email at [email protected] as no one will be turned away due to finances .

The zoom details will be mailed to all registrants an hour before the class start time, and a recording will be sent out within 48 hours of the live class.
