Join me from the comfort of your own home for 90 minutes of guided rest to tend to your nervous system and bring you back to your centre, with the intention of releasing imprints of stress. This is a restorative practice offered virtually to support you to calm your nervous system, relax your body and build your resources as you prepare for sleep.
Welcoming in a centering meditation, moving through some slow and restorative movements, resting in supportive postures, and offering ourselves this time of renewal. During our final savasana, we'll rest in an extended relaxation and sound journey.
