Join me for a relaxing hour of gentle restorative movement, mindfulness based meditation and an extended relaxation session.
The intention of this gentle movement practice infused with breath awareness, is to ease the tightness in your body, soften restrictions, and to support a state of calm in your nervous system. Our time together opens the potential for greater peace and ease in your body and your mind.
This class is suitable for everyone needing some time to soothe their nervous system and reconnect with their breath. A perfect little reset, in the comfort of your own home.
This class is offered through the zoom platform, and login details will be sent out to all registrants the day of the scheduled class. You are welcome to join with your camera on or off.
If you don't have an active pass or if you're unsure, you can login to your account to check your status and also to purchase passes. All registrants will be emailed a recording of the class if you're unable to attend live.
