A focus on our respiratory system - starting with our diaphgram

As we enter into these warmer days of July, here in Eastern Ontario, we'll be exploring practices to support our respiratory system through the next month. In our practice today we spent some extra time with a massage for our diaphgram as well as a restorative stretch for the iliopsoas.
